Concession Manager

We are partnering with a luxury jewellery brand who are looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead their concessions in premier department stores. This role carries full responsibility for people leadership, commercial performance, and operational excellence, while acting as the primary HR point of contact for the team. It is a highly sales-driven position, ideal for candidates with proven luxury retail experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team, managing performance, attendance, and day-to-day HR matters.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and KPIs, driving luxury selling standards, client engagement, and repeat business.
  • Coach and train team members in product knowledge, service excellence, and advanced sales techniques.
  • Manage stock, visual merchandising, promotional activity, and loss prevention to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee rota planning, staff costs, and reporting, providing insights to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships with department store management and act as the main point of contact between the concession and Head Office.
  • Analyse performance data and implement strategies to improve sales, team performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or equivalent senior role in luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong people management and HR experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, preferably in jewellery or premium lifestyle products.
  • Experience managing stock, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.
  • Confidence managing high-value customers and maintaining premium brand standards.
