Communications Officer - Contract


We are currently recruiting for a Communications Executive for a prominent and well-established medical organisation on the South side of Dublin, this is a 3 month contract working 3 full days per week with an immediate start.

Reporting to the Communications Manager:

  • Provide all administrative and operational support to the Communications Manager.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to any Communications related working groups.
  • Manage all internal communication notices.
  • Manage all inventory produced by the Communications Office.
  • Manage all internal documents to ensure they comply with branding guidelines.
  • Gather all information for the Intranet.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of events.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3rd level qualification in PR, Media Studies, Event Management or Business Administration.
  • 2 years Digital or Social Media experience within Medical/Healthcare setting is desirable.
  • WordPress Content Management System is desirable.
  • Highly proficient in SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
