Communications Officer - Contract Permanent Dublin South 17 September 2020 8405EK We are currently recruiting for a Communications Executive for a prominent and well-established medical organisation on the South side of Dublin, this is a 3 month contract working 3 full days per week with an immediate start. Reporting to the Communications Manager: Provide all administrative and operational support to the Communications Manager. Provide administrative and operational support to any Communications related working groups. Manage all internal communication notices. Manage all inventory produced by the Communications Office. Manage all internal documents to ensure they comply with branding guidelines. Gather all information for the Intranet. Assist in the co-ordination of events. The Ideal Candidate: 3rd level qualification in PR, Media Studies, Event Management or Business Administration. 2 years Digital or Social Media experience within Medical/Healthcare setting is desirable. WordPress Content Management System is desirable. Highly proficient in SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
