Role Overview
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key accounts, including architectural firms, developers, and corporate clients
- Own and deliver against agreed annual sales targets, driving measurable revenue growth
- Identify and secure new project opportunities through proactive networking and industry connections
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase a premium product range
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initial engagement to successful completion
- Represent the brand at industry events, strengthening market presence and expanding business opportunities
- Manage multiple stakeholders, building long-term relationships and driving consultative, specification-led sales
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial projects (Timber/Kitchen industry experience advantageous)
- Proven track record in business development and sales, consistently exceeding targets
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by results
