The Commercial Manager is a key position responsible for driving profitable sales and market share growth across the company's alcohol portfolio, as well as maintaining commercial and operational relationships across the wine and beer portfolios. The successful candidate will create the vision and strategy for the wine portfolio, maintain relationships with commercial and marketing teams, lead commercial development of the alcohol portfolio, track and report on business goals, coordinate business presentations, and support the alcohol team with ROI analysis and budgeting.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and the Irish retail and convenience landscape, as well as relevant analytical skills and experience in budget management and promotional pricing strategies. They should be a strategic thinker with good analysis and problem-solving skills, a creative thinker with the ability to innovate, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to foster close working relationships. A strong communicator with a proven ability in stakeholder management and a passion for consumer trends and brand-building in the Irish marketplace will be the best fit for this role
