We’ve partnered with an internationally renowned destination for luxury fashion brands and high-end shopping experiences. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join their executive leadership team in the role of Client Services Manager.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the company's ability to remain a global magnet. 

Reporting directly to the Business Director, you will be responsible for defining the business direction for all client interactions throughout the year. This will include creating and delivering a Clienteling strategy to acquire and retain guests.

Your key responsibilities will also include ensuring there is a robust strategy in place for the private event spaces that is in line with the direction the business strategy. You will build new partnerships and leverage existing ones with partners, such as private banks, private members clubs, hotel and travel groups, among others. 

As Client Services Manager, you will also be responsible for creating and supporting a compelling series of events and activities elsewhere. you will ensure that guests have a smooth experience– one that is commensurate with our luxury brand partners' expectations.

You will build partnerships with external organisations, and work cross-functionally to co-deliver initiatives with marketing, CRM, PR, retail, remerchandising, tourism, and hospitality departments. Maintaining transparent and comprehensive reporting systems, and assisting in creating the next generation of these systems to facilitate a better understanding of our guests, will also be a key aspect of your role.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a hospitality, luxury, or event-based industry. Your commercial/retail/luxury brand awareness should be outstanding, and you should have excellent sales, negotiating, influencing, and networking skills.

Your people skills should be exceptional, with strong interpersonal and communication skills in all directions (stakeholders, direct reports, brand partners, and guests). You should have a service attitude with a clear display of empathy and a five-star luxury mindset, passionate about exceeding client expectations on a day-to-day basis. You should also be a self-starter with the ability to manage various projects at the same time, capable of setting a strategic direction and creating action plans.

You should have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize varying demands while working under pressure, and a structured and method.
