We’re recruiting for a luxury interiors business, designing and installing bespoke kitchens and interiors for private clients. This is a client-facing, field-based role, managing the customer relationship from design through installation to completion. You’ll be the person keeping the client informed, coordinating everyone involved and making sure problems get solved and projects stay on track.
The role:
- Manage a portfolio of live client projects
- Act as the main point of contact throughout installation
- Visit clients and sites across Dublin and surrounding areas
- Coordinate designers, manufacturing, installers and trades
- Manage timelines, changes, delays and client expectations
- Resolve issues quickly and keep projects moving
- Deliver a high level of service throughout
About you:
- Excellent with people and confident dealing with high-value clients
- Highly organised with strong follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Calm and solutions-focused when things go wrong
- Confident having difficult conversations when needed
- Full driving licence
Experience in luxury interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, fit-out, property, construction or another premium project-led environment would be an advantage, but technical construction expertise isn't essential.
