As a member of the commercial leadership team, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to help achieve their vision of becoming Ireland's leading brand house. You'll drive a culture of excellence throughout the business and build strong relationships with customers and clients. Oh, and you'll also need to embrace innovation in everything you do - no pressure!
We need a thought leader and champion of brand, category, and shopper excellence to join the team. Someone with full P&L responsibility for their Beauty, Personal Care, Healthcare and VMS portfolios, working with fantastic brands such as Sculpted by Amiee, RealTechniques, Bulldog, Just For Men and Blistex (to name a few). Someone who can create and implement Consumer, Shopper, and Joint Commercial plans that reach their growth objectives. And someone who can lead, motivate, and develop a team of brand managers to maximise both their potential and that of the brands.
As the senior client lead, you'll cultivate a culture of trust and collaboration to solidify long-term partnerships that benefit both parties. You'll be the go-to person for all things health, beauty and personal care building long-term relationships with all key contacts and providing strategic guidance.
You'll also need to be an execution expert, acting as a thought leader, maintaining strong knowledge of the media and competitive landscape to challenge and inspire your team to deliver industry-leading brand activation plans. You'll keep the shopper and consumer at the heart of your thinking, ensuring all brand executions are developed with this in mind.
But wait, there's still more! You'll manage the selection of partner agencies e.g media and point of sale to ensure performance parameters are maintained via quality, service levels & cost. You'll oversee all agency proposals & develop recommendations for client approval.
