You’ll be the senior lead for some of Ireland's leading brands and as a member of the commercial leadership team, you'll work alongside the Commercial Director to drive a culture of excellence, building strong relationships with customers and clients, and delivering exceptional results - all while embracing innovation in everything you do!
As the champion of brand, category, and shopper excellence you’ll inspire plans that push the boundaries. You’ll be a commercial superstar, taking full P&L responsibility for the Food, Drink, Baby and Non-Food portfolios. You'll be a thought leader in the business, inspiring your team and stakeholders to maximise the performance of brands such as Ellas Kitchen, My Protein, BFREE, Bacofoil and Doves Farm.
But that's not all! You'll also get to coach and develop a team of brand managers to help them reach their full potential and that of their brands. You'll be responsible for the business planning cycle for your categories, assessing brand plans before implementation, and overseeing the client management process to ensure client service level agreements are met at the highest standard.
As a thought leader, you'll keep the shopper and consumer at the heart of your thinking and have your finger on the pulse of key market trends providing insights for your team to identify growth opportunities and assist with the preparation of proposals for new client tenders.
