We are working with a successful and progressive business based in Dublin North. They are seeking an experienced and Charismatic Call Centre Manager to manage a team of approx. 15 people.

Responsibilties:

  • Provide Mentorship.
  • Mange Performance.
  • Set KPI’s.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the team.
  • Support Operations Team.
  • Management of P&L.
  • Identify trends, areas for improvement and areas of strength.
  • Assist with tenders.

Experience:

  • Experience of FM industry is desirable.
  • Good understanding of P&L.
  • Excellent Team Management Skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
