We are working with a successful and progressive business based in Dublin North. They are seeking an experienced and Charismatic Call Centre Manager to manage a team of approx. 15 people.
Responsibilties:
- Provide Mentorship.
- Mange Performance.
- Set KPI’s.
- Act as a point of escalation for the team.
- Support Operations Team.
- Management of P&L.
- Identify trends, areas for improvement and areas of strength.
- Assist with tenders.
Experience:
- Experience of FM industry is desirable.
- Good understanding of P&L.
- Excellent Team Management Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills.
