Overview
Working within a supportive team environment, you will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities by introducing Employment Law and Health & Safety services. Your role will involve enabling small businesses to focus on their growth by promoting our outsourcing solutions. You will be engaging in outbound B2B calls to the SME sector, utilising Salesforce data to generate new business, forge new connections, and build pipelines.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales opportunities for a Business Development Manager to meet with business owners/Directors to discuss our services.
  • Ensure high-quality B2B conversations to establish the necessity of our service.
  • Work towards daily targets for call time and appointments booked.
  • Maintain a low cancellation rate.
  • Generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through regular business activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline accurately.
  • Update Salesforce with precise information.
  • Work on campaign data targeting industry sectors or specific data lead sources.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy, and high-reward environment.

Skills we look for in a Sales Consultant:

  • Ideally, possessing prior sales experience would be beneficial, particularly in a B2B or B2C outbound role.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls using a consultative approach is crucial; we do not rely on scripts. It's essential to initiate conversations, pose pertinent questions, and identify potential leads.
  • Daily focus will be on meeting targets, so possessing drive and self-awareness is vital.
  • We seek individuals with ambition, whether directed towards maximising earnings or advancing their careers.
  • Effectively conveying your personality over the phone is pivotal.
  • You will interact with various industry sectors, such as care homes, gyms, offices, warehouses, and more. Therefore, adaptability during each call to highlight the benefits of our services to different sectors is key.
  • There is ample opportunity for learning, regardless of previous sales experience, so having an open attitude towards acquiring new sales techniques is essential.

Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Comms & Bonus, With Top Achievers earning over €90,000 per annum
