This global player in the Capital Equipment industry is looking to add an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to develop their Short Term Hire department. The successful candidate will be customer and results focused.
Responsibilities:
- Selling our Short term hire offering to all potential customers.
- Manage and build on current client database in line with company targets.
- Prepare promotional details to send to all users, to enhance the sale of equipment
- Work with customers to achieve package deals to increase volumes of sales.
- Be the customer interface between the company and our Short Term Hire market.
Experience:
- 3+ years B2B sales experience preferably in Capital Equipment/Construction/ Engineering.
- Strong level of customer facing skills, Industry knowledge and the ability to work on own initiative while also being a strong team player.
- Negotiating skills and a professional approach to selling.
- Excellent time management skills
- Fork lift driver’s License preferable.
- Full clean drivers licence.
- Sound product Knowledge across all Materials Handling manufacturers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A working knowledge of Salesforce desirable.
Salary: €60,000 OT Uncapped
