About the role:
- The role will report directly to Senior Management .
- Your job will involve developing sales opportunities, hunting activities and maintaining client service standards.
- The position will be well supported from within a strong BD lead generation function and also across the wider business.
- You will be able to leverage upon the unique position of UK and Irelands leading employer servicing solution.
- The key aspect of the role is on the ground sales within the market – meeting with MD’s of small orgs, calling to employers through prearranged meetings across multiple industries
- The candidate is expected to be willing to travel the market to perform sales functions.
- Drive sales and win new business opportunities for the group.
- Introduce the brand, educating the clients re services while closing the deal.
- The role could potentially involve presenting to circa 5 employers per day.
- Working together with National Sales Manager to grow the brands sales in the market.
- Executing the sales strategy and achieving sales targets within the market.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience identifying new business opportunities with a strategic sales focus.
- A hunter mentality with confidence in developing new business and negotiating the desired outcome.
- Demonstrated business experience in commercial sales.
- Experience selling service solutions.
- Must hold current driver's license.
