Joining the HVAC industry requires a candidate who not only embraces the core principles of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning but also possesses a unique blend of business acumen and technical prowess. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering new business partnerships and cultivating existing ones, thereby fortifying the company's presence. This individual must embody focus and wield robust communication skills, capable of critical thinking and the execution of intricate strategies.

In this role, you will interface with key players in the construction arena, including main contractors and mechanical contractors. Collaboration within a dynamic team environment is paramount, demanding impeccable presentation and reporting abilities.

About You:

  • Residency in Ireland
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Previous exposure to sales roles in the HVAC (Heating, Cooling & Ventilation) market or the sanitary market (advantageous but not essential)
  • Building services or interior architect education (advantageous but not essential)
  • Flexibility regarding job location, encompassing the geographical area, with a primary focus on Dublin, and the readiness to serve the rest of the country as required
  • Proficiency in presentation and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully executing development strategies with a resolute focus on goals and objectives.
