Business Development Manager - Export

Torc Candles has been a beacon of light since 1968. They began their journey crafting religious candles for the Irish and UK church market. But in the mid-1990s, their ambitions grew, and they ventured into hospitality, catering, and retail sectors. Today, they're proud to be Ireland's largest candle manufacturer, producing over 160 million candles annually and spreading light to homes on five continents.

Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking a driven and dynamic Business  Development Manager (Export) to join the team. This pivotal role is designed to expand their international footprint by identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities for their premium candle products. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with international retailers and promoting our white labelling services.

You'll develop strategic plans to enter these markets and build strong, lasting relationships with international clients. Your knack for market research and negotiation will be key as you navigate export laws and manage the logistics of shipping our products globally.

We're looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and at least five years of experience in export business development. If you have a proven track record of meeting targets, exceptional communication skills, and a willingness to travel (mainly to the UK), we want to hear from you.

Salary: Dublin based – one day on site in HQ
