About the role
Seeking a passionate Business Development Manager, to expand and reach, particularly within the corporate sector, offering great-tasting Irish coffee with a meaningful environmental commitment. 
Craft and implement dynamic sales and business development strategies, pinpointing new opportunities and nurturing client relations. Utilize market analysis and consumer data to drive informed decisions, collaborating with diverse teams to innovate product solutions. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis, fostering a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals

About you

Your key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast to meet revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Well-developed and current relationships with key decision makers. 
  • Proven track record of driving growth and increasing revenue.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ambitious, go-getter and motivated by targets.
  • Willing to go above and beyond, with a strong work ethic.
  • Highly meticulous and organised, comfortable with using technology to drive efficiencies.
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
