Business Development Manager - B2B

Working for a leading finance lender, this is a highly autonomous B2B client-facing role that will see you both home-based and out on the road, developing long-term business relationships. You will be responsible for partnering closely with businesses across your region. 
Trust and honesty are absolutely vital to this role, as you will be responsible for your own operations to meet sales KPI's. With a self-starter mentality and a drive to be a top-performing Business Advisor, you will be successful in this role.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Partnering with local businesses and building relationships through client-facing meetings.
  • Contacting and investigating business opportunities.
  • Act as the link between the company and clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Honesty and trust to meet sales KPI's without supervision.

About You:

  • Experience working in an autonomous B2B client-facing role without supervision, ideally within motor or regulated environment.
  • Proven experience as an account manager. 
  • Drive and motivation to meet sales KPI's.
  • Hunger for continuous training and development.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Honesty and trust to get the job done.

Location: Leinster

Salary: €60,000 + Package
