Our client is a leading manufacture of Bathroom products, with a very well-established Client base in Ireland and the UK. Due to growth, we’re currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their thriving team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships within your territory, develop new business opportunities and the satisfactory delivery of products and services. You will be an enthusiastic and experienced professional wanting to work for a brand they really believe in. You will have a passion for relationships and be responsible for servicing existing accounts and seeking new opportunities within your territory.
About the Role:
- You’ll be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals and objectives through exceeding individual sales quotas.
- You will cultivate and develop relationships with key stakeholders and be at the forefront of the sales and negotiation process.
- Actively drive sales, build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts within your geographical territory.
- Handle and respond to all sales enquiries and leads promptly.
- Work with customers to provide the appropriate solutions to meet their site needs.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in account management or new business development in a B2B environment.
- A strong customer focus and the ability to identify client needs and solution sell.
- A strong understanding of sales process and the ability to manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Results oriented, hungry for sales and a strong desire to succeed professionally – you have an entrepreneurial spirit!
- Resilient with the ability to overcome objections and solution sell.
- Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly.
