They are now seeking an enthusiastic, focused and driven Business Development Manager to join their growing organisation. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and understands the value of developing long lasting relationships. Experience: Grow and develop existing accounts and identify and secure new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with prospects and customers by understanding their requirements and identifying appropriate packaging solutions. Monitor customer accounts to ensure that the sales potential is fully exploited. Actively monitor competitor activities, existing and new products/services, pricing, and communication and promotion strategies and report back to Management on same as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities, reporting monthly to the Managing Director. Responsibilities: 3+ years of Sales within Packaging or Machinery is highly desirable. Proven track record of achieving targets. Flexibility to travel as this role covers ROI. Strong commercial capability, excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
