Responsibilities: Sourcing for new clients. Work to own initiative by developing a personal plan, to achieve sales activities. Attend face to face meetings outside of office. Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition. Preparing reports for head office. Meeting regular sales targets. Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Liaising with other members of the sales team and production managers. Offer after sales support. Providing Tender submissions and negotiating contract terms. Preparing reports for head office. Direct and manage the organization's business activities. Develop and implement effective business strategies. Experience: A strong Business Development sales background. Proven track record in selling complex heating solutions is an advantage, or Engineering/Mechanical Knowledge. Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work to own initiative. Experience working to KPI’s. Motivated and results-driven personality. Full Driving license.
