Business Development Manager


Our client is a growing Fuel Solutions company, who offer a very unique intelligent service.This organisation is based in Leinster, and is seeking a Customer focused Business Development Manager to help their vision of becoming a globally known brand.


  • Sourcing for new clients.
  • Work to own initiative by developing a personal plan, to achieve sales activities. 
  • Attend face to face meetings outside of office.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Preparing reports for head office.
  • Meeting regular sales targets.
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and production managers.
  • Offer after sales support.
  • Providing Tender submissions and negotiating contract terms.
  • Preparing reports for head office.
  • Direct and manage the organization's business activities. 
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies.


  • A strong Business Development sales background. 
  • Proven track record in selling complex heating solutions is an advantage, or Engineering/Mechanical Knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to own initiative.
  • Experience working to KPI’s. 
  • Motivated and results-driven personality.
  • Full Driving license. 

Salary: €55,000 and Benefits
