Business Development Manager

The company has a long-standing reputation for supporting salon partners and building strong relationships. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team that is passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin. They are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their winning business, drive growth, and build long-term customer partnerships.

This is a field-based role with occasional overnight travel.

The Role

  • Manage and grow an agreed portfolio of skincare and tanning brands
  • Proactively identify and convert new salon business opportunities
  • Coach, mentor and support salon partners to grow their skincare business
  • Deliver in-salon education and product training for new and existing accounts
  • Drive retail performance through training, events and business development initiatives
  • Support pharmacies and retail partners with merchandising and training
  • Represent the brands at events, trade shows and on social media
  • Work closely with the wider sales, education and marketing teams

The ideal you

  • At least 2 years of experience in beauty, salon, retail, or pharmacy (especially skincare)
  • Comfortable and confident when training others on products and brands
  • Able to build new business and consistently reach sales targets
  • Business-minded, self-driven, and well organised
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A full driving licence is required
