Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, focusing primarily on new business development across SME and major accounts.
  • Develop tailored solutions by understanding client needs, ensuring that value is added at every stage.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners, ensuring their services exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to explore market gaps, driving new sales leads and ensuring flawless service delivery.
  • Self-generate opportunities and consistently deliver on sales performance targets.

About You:

  • You have at least 5 years of proven field sales experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • You’re a natural at influencing both internal and external stakeholders, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • You thrive when working autonomously, managing your own diary, and taking control of your journey.
  • You’re excited about hitting targets and growing your career in a dynamic, results-driven company.
  • Experience in security or cash management services is a plus, but more importantly, you’re quick to learn and eager to innovate.
