Business Development Manager (Labelling) - German Market


Europe’s leading labelling solutions provider is looking for a Business Development Manager in Germany. 
As a business, the company specialises in the manufacture of a wide range of packaging solutions from self-adhesive labelling to packaging technology.  After years of continued growth this organisation is now investing heavily in the German market


  • Setting and delivering a new sales strategy for the sale of Self-Adhesive Labels across the German market.
  • Building long term relationships by delivering a quality service.
  • Growing new business while managing existing accounts.

Key attributes required:

  • Demonstrable experience of selling printed labels across multiple industries.
  • A proven background successfully setting and delivering new sales strategy in Germany.
  • Interpersonal skills to consult and negotiate with blue chip clients. 
  • Ability to create and build strong relationships.
  • Additional experience cross selling a wider labelling packaging solution would be considered a strong advantage.

  • Fluent German. 
  • Full Driving licence.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Labelling / Printing / Packaging industry.
  • Strong experience selling into manufactures across Germany.

Salary: €50,000 base + OTE
