We are currently working with a renowned Property Organisation who is based in South Dublin. This company specialise in creative and technical digital 3D solutions that include architectural visualisation, BIM, virtual reality, architectural photography and 360 virtual tours. This company are diverse and provide services within the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sector. Competitive salary and benefits is on offer for the right professional.
Responsibilities:
- The main goal of this role is to lead-generation and provide an increase in sales
- Manage and coordinate leads for new business and close deals.
- Carry out research in order to track current and future trends to determine market requirements for current and future services and deliverables from the company.
- Develop and maintain strong sales funnels and channels to deliver on short, medium and long terms sales forecasts.
- Keep a close eye on, and analyse competitor information.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for new and existing services and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain existing and new client relationships across all services.
Experience:
- It is an advantage if you have sales experience within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction Industry.
- You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development and meeting sales targets.
- Organisational and planning skills with attention to detail are essential, and experience working with a CRM system is beneficial.
- Ideally you will have experience in creating and presenting attention grabbing presentations to varying audience sizes.
- You must be a problem-solver and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Also must be prepared to travel to meet clients when necessary.
