We are on the hunt for a successful and high performing Business Development Manager to work with a market leader in the office fit out and interior solutions sector. This firm has an enviable list of high-profile brands as their clients. The newly created role will work closely with senior management and afford the right calibre candidate the opportunity to progress and develop their sales career to the next level. 

Broad role objective:

  • Develop a strategic sales plan and deliver on growth and retention plans for the business in Ireland

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop strategy and tactics necessary to drive growth of business.
  • Prepare tender and quote returns to Main contractors.
  • Deliver sales targets.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and developing new product ranges and market areas. 
  • Responsibility and accountability for your customer retention and churn.
  • Monitoring results and targets.


  • Strong Business Development Ability.
  • Technical/Engineering background preferably.
  • Commercial Awareness.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving/decision making skills. 
  • Be courteous with customers and colleagues. 
  • Be able to complete appropriate documentation/tenders.
  • Have necessary numerical skills. 
  • Have good communication skills. 
  • Be flexible, motivated.
