Through their expansion, we are looking for a driven individual who will, in conjunction with your team, build a strategic territory plan to grow our business, combined with the ability to tactically execute.
About the Role:
- Achieving sales targets and generating new business growth in the designated territory.
- Develop new business opportunities and fully engage with them to get to know their needs to best support them
- Contributing to the development and continual improvement of marketing and sales plans.
- Developing strong customer engagement and trusting relationships - in pursuit of first class customer experiences.
- Effectively communicate with all areas of the business.
- Attend trade/promotional and product events when required.
About You:
- 2-3 years relevant sales/key account management experience within Electrical trade or related field.
- Strong commercial and business acumen with effective negotiating and influencing skills.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to be adaptable, flexible and innovative – demonstrating a true desire to win.
- Highly engaging with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Location: Dublin based - Nationwide
