Our client is a growing employment intermediary and tax planning company based in Dublin City Centre, specialising in the contractor market. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development & Sales Executive to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and achieving targets. You will be the first point of contact for contractors and other key partners, managing a busy desk with an established customer base while helping to grow the business further.
About the role
The Business Development & Sales Executive is responsible for managing inbound sales leads, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and finding new business opportunities. This role requires someone who understands customer needs, enjoys sales, and is motivated to grow their customer portfolio, achieve targets, and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound sales leads.
- Build trust with customers from the first call.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Use the sales process to manage opportunities.
- Find new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet sales targets and performance goals.
- Work closely with internal teams.
- Keep customer records and the sales pipeline up to date in the CRM system.
- Show initiative, energy, and a strong focus on growing your customer portfolio.

Salary: 35k ,uncapped and accelerated commission structure OTE 100k
