Business Developer - FMCG

Do you want to join a trend-spotting and consumer focused premium brand? We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual who has experience within the FMCG or Drinks Industry

You will be responsible for driving profitable, mutual growth for their brands  while building strong and trusted relationships with key On Trade customers

The role will be based in Dublin City , report directly to the National Sales Manager also working alongside the wider Business Developers and Sales team as well as play a key role in the leadership and future success of the brand.

About the Role:

  • Actively market & promote our clients portfolio within the On Trade.
  • Build strong direct & indirect route to market business.
  • Execute promotions & visibility within the trade.
  • Be aware and report on competitor and industry updates.
  • And any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time.

About You:

  • Previous field sales experience in FMCG and On Trade.
  • Understands the market and industry dynamics and is able to apply expertise to create effective strategies.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, strong planning and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy, including CRM management and development.
  • Strong time management, organisational and administrative skills.
