- The business analyst will help to identify and analyse problems and scope opportunities.
- They will work as part of a team of brand strategists, communications planners, service designers and digital strategists.
- The role involves scoping and implementing projects for existing and new clients, in the areas of service design, experience design and product, service & process consulting.
- One side of the role is strategy; the other is delivery: working in a project management capacity with resources across client service, strategy, design and creative departments, in implementing these projects.
