We’ve partnered with Ireland’s Brand Building Experts, they are looking for a Brand Partnership & Strategy Controller. This role will be part of the Commercial Leadership Team and help shape the future of Ireland’s leading brand house.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this senior role offers full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of top-tier clients across the Beauty, Personal Care, and Healthcare sectors. You will champion brand, category, and shopper excellence, leading high-impact commercial plans and cultivating long-term, collaborative client relationships.
As the senior point of contact for some of Ireland’s most recognisable brands, you'll inspire a team of Brand Managers to deliver outstanding results, bring strategic insights to their clients, and continuously push the boundaries of innovation and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead brand strategy, category planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Own the client relationship, driving performance through insight, trust, and collaboration.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Translate shopper, category, and consumer insights into powerful growth plans.
- Manage P&L, commercial planning, and annual brand activation cycles.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class executions.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in a Senior Brand/Marketing or Client Manager role, ideally in beauty or healthcare within Irish retail.
- Proven success delivering commercial growth through brand plans and activations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, shopper behaviour, and retail trends.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
