We need a relentless, vision-driven superstar to take charge of the healthcare category and become the ultimate brand, category, and shopper champion. You'll have full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of brands such as MyVitamins, Chewy Vits, Voost and Blistex to name a few. Working with partners and internal teams to create and implement Consumer, Shopper, and joint commercial plans that will make their growth objectives skyrocket.
As the client lead for some of Ireland's leading brands, you'll be the trusted partner who solidifies long-term relationships that benefit both parties. But don't worry, you won't be on this journey alone – the team is filled with experts who are ready to collaborate and make magic happen.
This role needs someone with a growth mindset who isn't afraid to take risks and explore new opportunities to grow these brands. Your innovative ideas and excellent service will set the industry standard for excellence in performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
You'll be the mastermind behind the annual plans that deliver against the company and brand partner growth metrics including sales growth, market share, profitability, and brand awareness. Your strategic choices and priorities will be supported by business analytics, category insights, and internal/customer business systems.
But it's not all about crunching numbers and analysing data. You'll also be the creative genius who leads all consumer marketing initiatives for your brands, ensuring full brand owner alignment and localisation of international campaigns and initiatives where required.
