Your responsibilities will include executing the brand strategy while maintaining brand integrity like a guardian angel. You'll create marketing materials that will make heads turn faster than a fan tracking the flight of a free kick.
You'll receive all the support you need to make your campaigns a roaring success. Together with the Head of Marketing, you'll oversee the marketing budget, measure campaign effectiveness, and initiate innovative product development and sales promotion programs. Market research will be your secret weapon, enabling you to analyse data and guide the Marcomms Team in delivering outstanding results.
You'll be like the Pied Piper of marketing, leading all agency and third-party supplier relationships to the promised land of success.
Now, let's talk about your key qualities. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of consumer marketing and brand management experience. You should be a planning and execution wizard, a communication maestro, and a budget management pro. Your organisational skills should rival Marie Kondo's, and your negotiation skills should make sharks in suits tremble. Oh, and did we mention you should have a strong understanding of digital and social media from a campaign perspective? We're not looking for an emoji translator, but close.
