As the Brand Manager, you'll work alongside the Senior Brand Manager to develop a strategy that resonates with young consumers like yourself. You'll be responsible for bringing the brand to life at festivals and events, making sure everything from the design to the messaging aligns with the target audience. With a focus on building brand equity and hitting volume targets, you'll work closely with the Commercial team to create compelling sales decks and ensure all activity stays within budget. By tracking the brand's performance and turning data into actionable insights, you'll continuously optimize our marketing campaigns to reach the target audience in the most effective way possible. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-3 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or a related field. You should possess a good understanding of the FMCG Industry and/or Alcohol Industry. Additionally, you should be commercially astute with sound budget management experience, analytical, strategic, and able to problem-solve. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required for the role.
