Due to phenomenal growth, our client is looking for a Brand Manager to join the team.
About the Role:
- Management of the brand's significant marketing budget, with the support of sales & marketing executive, to ensure plan delivery within budget and on time.
- Oversee the Trade Marketing plans.
- Management of the external PR agency with the support of a Sales & Marketing Executive.
- Monthly reviews with PR agency.
- Pricing Check & Sign off.
- Working capital management with support of stock control department and commercial operation executive – stock days cover target.
- Sales Forecast Management.
- Present brand plans half-yearly with quarterly follow-up.
- Creation and follow up of Key account joint business plan.
About You:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in beauty or cosmetics preferable.
- 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
- Full drivers license.
- Commercial acumen.
- A passion for brand building.
- You can show evidence of creation and execution.
- You have a practical get things done attitude and commit with passion and boundless energy!
