We are working with a leading Irish distribution brand. Working in a high-performance team, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a combination of strategic/execution marketing, creativity and commercial outlook. Partnering with the sales team to work in collaborative relationships. You will also be self-motivated, bring strong negotiation skills and driven to succeed in an ever-changing landscape You will be able to work autonomously and manage your own KPI's to ensure consistent results
About the role:
- Working closely with creative, sales departments, and external agencies where appropriate, to execute brand and marketing campaigns. This includes liaising with creative teams to create and manage promotional collateral.
- Drive consumer engagement and conversion to sales with the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies across all channels.
- Planning and execution of communication and media across all channels, including online, social media and company email.
- Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches, as well as developing new business opportunities.
- Assisting with creation of branding, marketing and product copy where necessary.
- Conduct ongoing market, competitor and consumer research.
About you:
- 3+ years Marketing experience within Beauty/Cosmetics/Wellness.
- 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
- Experience in Digital/Social Marketing is essential.
- Experience in direction and oversight of online marketing campaigns is essential.
- Commercial acumen.
- A passion for brand building.
- You can show evidence of creation and execution.
- You have a practical get things done attitude and commit with passion and boundless energy!
