As Brand Manager you will be an integral part of the team and will play a key role in helping lead the brand into the next stage of growth and development. This is a hands-on role so you will need to be ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for helping support and develop the business marketing strategies. Make business recommendations to senior leadership and business decisions relevant to overall segment growth. Identify further brand growth opportunities. Development of local marketing plans within global frameworks. Manages & track all aspects of the brand’s performance. Briefing and oversight of activations involving PR, production, research and communication agencies. Ensure maximum return on our marketing investment above & below the line. Liaise with Sales Manager to ensure they are trained on new ranges and selling the product correctly. Work to budgets and report sales progress to management and key accounts on a regular basis. Experience: 4+ years marketing experience within beauty or cosmetics. 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing or related discipline. Full drivers licence. Commercial acumen.
