Brand Manager

Are you a team player that is passionate about luxury beauty and in possession of excellent interpersonal skills? 
As Brand Manager you will be an integral part of the team and will play a key role in helping lead the brand into the next stage of growth and development. This is a hands-on role so you will need to be ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for helping support and develop the business marketing strategies.
  • Make business recommendations to senior leadership and business decisions relevant to overall segment growth. 
  • Identify further brand growth opportunities.
  • Development of local marketing plans within global frameworks.
  • Manages & track all aspects of the brand’s performance.
  • Briefing and oversight of activations involving PR, production, research and communication agencies.
  • Ensure maximum return on our marketing investment above & below the line.
  • Liaise with Sales Manager to ensure they are trained on new ranges and selling the product correctly.
  • Work to budgets and report sales progress to management and key accounts on a regular basis.
  • 4+ years marketing experience within beauty or cosmetics.
  • 3rd Level Qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
  • Full drivers licence.
  • Commercial acumen. 
  • A passion for brand building.
  • You can show evidence of creation and execution.
  • You have a practical get things done attitude and commit with passion and boundless energy!
