Brand Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead strategy, growth, and execution across a portfolio of FMCG brands in the Irish market. This role offers full ownership of brand strategy, campaigns, P&L, agency partnerships, and cross-functional leadership.
The ideal candidate is a proven FMCG brand leader with strong commercial acumen, digital expertise, and a track record of delivering growth in competitive categories.

Role Purpose
Drive brand performance, market share, and profitability through exceptional brand strategy, innovation, integrated campaigns, and shopper activation across Ireland’s retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and long-term growth plans
  • Lead 360° campaigns across TV, digital, social, PR, and shopper marketing
  • Own brand P&L, A&P budget, and ROI delivery
  • Drive innovation, NPD, and portfolio development
  • Collaborate with Sales & National Accounts to deliver customer growth plans
  • Manage agencies and internal creative, PR, and digital teams
  • Translate consumer and shopper insights into actionable growth initiatives
  • Monitor and report brand performance (sales, market share, distribution, ROI)

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5+ years in FMCG Brand Management or Trade Marketing
  • Proven success in driving brand growth and campaign delivery
  • Experience in food, health, personal care, or alcohol categories
  • Strong knowledge of Irish grocery, convenience, and pharmacy retail
  • Experience with major Irish retailers such as Tesco, Dunnes, SuperValu, Musgrave, BWG
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
