Brand Manager

About the role
As the driving force behind our brands, category, and shopper initiatives, you will champion our vision and performance, ensuring that both our customers and consumers experience the full impact of our brand’s potential. With full P&L responsibility for your portfolio, you’ll collaborate closely with brand partners and internal teams to develop and execute impactful Consumer, Shopper, and Joint Commercial plans aimed at achieving our ambitious growth goals.
In this role, you'll lead the charge for some of Ireland’s top brands, cultivating trust and fostering long-term partnerships that benefit all parties. Your growth mindset will guide you in identifying new opportunities to expand market share, while setting the benchmark for excellence in service, commercial performance, innovation, execution, and customer satisfaction.

Career Experience 

  •  Minimum of 3 years Brand, Marketing or Client Management experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, organisation.
  • Demonstrable experience working with brands in the health or personal care category and in the Pharmacy sector is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering successful brand plans with consumer, category, and shopper drivers.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

  • 3rd level qualification in business related discipline is advantageous but not required.

Required Skills 

  • The ability to negotiate in order to interface effectively with key external clients and stakeholders. 
  • A strong understanding of the key financial measures that drive effective performance, including ROI calculations, promotional evaluation, and sales modelling
  • A strong understanding of brands in a Regulatory Environment; knowledge of Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) processes.
