We have an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to join a well-established Vehicle Hire Company. As Branch Manager you will oversee the daily operations of this busy branch. This role is perfect for a seasoned hands-on manager where you can use your leadership skills and commercial mindset to make a true impact on your people and the branches performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the day to day operations in the branch.
  • Managing sales and targets set for your staff. 
  • Creating a good work atmosphere. 
  • Recruitment. 
  • Fleet management. 
  • Working to your monthly budget. 
  • Making sure the branch operation complies with WHS.

Experience:

  • Diploma or Cert level qualification in business or tourism.
  • Valid open driver’s licence.
  • Mechanical trade qualification is desirable.
  • Team management.
  • Advanced computer skills.

Salary:  Competitive and Commission
