We have an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to join a well-established Vehicle Hire Company. As Branch Manager you will oversee the daily operations of this busy branch. This role is perfect for a seasoned hands-on manager where you can use your leadership skills and commercial mindset to make a true impact on your people and the branches performance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the day to day operations in the branch.
- Managing sales and targets set for your staff.
- Creating a good work atmosphere.
- Recruitment.
- Fleet management.
- Working to your monthly budget.
- Making sure the branch operation complies with WHS.
Experience:
- Diploma or Cert level qualification in business or tourism.
- Valid open driver’s licence.
- Mechanical trade qualification is desirable.
- Team management.
- Advanced computer skills.
