Due to a high level of growth within the business they are now looking to bring on board a Bid Manager. This role can either be Dublin or Galway based. The Role Be responsible for the production of Prequalification Questionnaires and ITT documents. Coordinate all parties involved in the bidding process. Assist New Business team in preparation and completion of proposals and presentations. Update bid register with EOI PQQ & ITT progress. Arrange dispatch or upload all PQQs and ITTs ensuring the client deadline is met. Use of Adobe Creative Suite CS6. Produce and Maintains sales and New Business reports. The Ideal candidate Experience of working in tendering and as part of a bid team. Excellent writing skills. Experience in proposal and tender writing within Facilities Management or retail or Property Management is desirable. Excellent attention to detail. Good working knowledge of Microsoft XP. Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite CS6. Highly motivate with a ‘can do attitude’. Excellent project management skills.
