Our client is a recognised leader in parking management services. Due to a high level of growth within the business they are now looking to bring on board a Bid Manager. This role can either be Dublin or Galway based.

The Role

  • Be responsible for the production of Prequalification Questionnaires and ITT documents.
  • Coordinate all parties involved in the bidding process.
  • Assist New Business team in preparation and completion of proposals and presentations.
  • Update bid register with EOI PQQ & ITT progress.
  • Arrange dispatch or upload all PQQs and ITTs ensuring the client deadline is met.
  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite CS6.
  • Produce and Maintains sales and New Business reports.

The Ideal candidate

  • Experience of working in tendering and as part of a bid team.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Experience in proposal and tender writing within Facilities Management or retail or Property Management is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft XP.
  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite CS6.
  • Highly motivate with a ‘can do attitude’.
  • Excellent project management skills.
