Bid Assistant Manager


A large global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Bid Specialist. Working as a member of the Bid management team you will be covering a range of interesting project-based work across a number of different industry sectors. This role includes significant hands-on involvement in bid delivery. 

Role Overview:

  • Support Bid Manager and proposal teams in developing and refining a strategy.
  • Take lead in the project management of strategic bids.
  • Contribution of text to proposal documents and presentations.
  • Ensure bids have a highly professional and polished look and feel.
  • Collaborate with pursuits managers and graphic designers.
  • Ensure bid are submitted on time.

About You:

  • 2+years’ experience in a similar Bid role ideally within Professional Services.
  • Experience in working with graphic designers (highly desirable).
  • Excellent project Management skills.
  • Excellent communicator, writer and editor.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and formatting skills.
  • Team player.

Location: Dublin City Centre/Hybrid
