We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager within a leading distribution company to support the delivery of brand strategy across a portfolio of clients in the Irish retail market.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth through best-in-class activations, innovation, and integrated campaigns. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners, you will ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to brand positioning and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans
- Deliver impactful trade and consumer marketing activations
- Manage agencies and third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality execution
- Monitor brand performance and evaluate campaigns against KPIs
- Partner with commercial teams to develop compelling proposals and activation materials
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external team
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in FMCG, agency, or brand marketing
- Proven experience delivering campaigns and activations
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of ROI
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related field
