Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Assistant Brand Manager within a leading distribution company to support the delivery of brand strategy across a portfolio of clients in the Irish retail market.

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth through best-in-class activations, innovation, and integrated campaigns. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners, you will ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to brand positioning and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans
  • Deliver impactful trade and consumer marketing activations
  • Manage agencies and third-party suppliers to ensure high-quality execution
  • Monitor brand performance and evaluate campaigns against KPIs
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop compelling proposals and activation materials
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external team

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience in FMCG, agency, or brand marketing
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns and activations
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of ROI
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related field
