We are working with a market-leading supplier of food processing machinery, services and consumables who are looking to bring on board an Account Manager with excellent territory management, solutions sales and closing skills to this growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow current customer base themselves while also utilising the specialists within their team to provide the best Customer experience.
  • Implement long term strategies Meeting as well as driving short-term sales.
  • Engage customer and prospect accounts at all levels to understand strategic & operational objectives of the business.
  • Grow profitable revenue by introducing new products/services and solutions to solve customers’ business problems and/or capture new opportunities.
  • Resolve customer satisfaction issues supported by the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent / or equal experience.
  • Previous successful selling experience – preferably in capital goods (food sector high end processing/engineering/automotive etc.)
  • Excellent territory management, solutions sales and closing skills.
  • Ability to successfully sell and present to client executive levels.
  • Personable, articulate and presentable.
  • Knowledge of food sector markets an advantage but not essential.
