Role Overview:

  • Provide a crucial link between the customer and the company.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the customer-specific needs.
  • Preserving the current business with the customer, while seeking opportunities to general new business.
  • Propose, outline and achieve agreed sales targets to deliver organic growth.
  • Present and agree on a monthly rolling 12 months forecast.
  • Liaise on a scheduled basis with the Field Sales Manager on the execution of agreed in-store activity.
  • Accountable for the development and delivery of the JBP for your customers.

About you:

  • Good academic qualifications in either a Sales/Marketing or Business discipline.
  • Experience of working within FMCG in the Irish and/or UK marketplace.
  • Analytical and insightful in looking at business trends.
  • Commercially astute reads situations and people well.
  • Challenging and proactive in outlook.
  • Looks to lead a situation with a customer and not merely to follow.
