We are looking to hire a strong Account Manager - to Sell into Ireland’s leading advertising agencies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own the sales and engagement strategy among tier 1 advertisers and agencies, aiming to grow Movie-House and cross-media revenue to achieve a pre-determined sales target.
- Evangelize the brand, Movie-House advertising, and broader omni-channel media solutions to the media buying community.
- Cultivate relationships through regular face-to-face contact with key influencers and stakeholders.
- Report back market information and monitor trends, enabling the entire sales/marketing team and our client to make strategic decisions regarding the marketing mix.
- Regularly and accurately update sales forecast figures.
- Plan, prepare, and lead all sales presentations and customer meetings.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure bookings align with agreed deal caveats.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high customer care and attention to detail throughout the campaign, from booking to delivery, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage campaigns using the sales CRM and Movie-House scheduling system Accord, working closely with the Campaign Scheduling team.
Personal Skills and Attributes:
- Sound commercial acumen and judgement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
- Excellent knowledge of the media market and agency landscape.
- First-hand experience in sales activities and processes, preferably in the media industry.
- Demonstrable skills in account management, negotiation, and presentation.
- Ability to read, understand, and deliver research data and information.
- Established relationships within the Irish and UK media market are a plus.
