Account Manager - Marketing Agency


Our Client is a Marketing Agency looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, your main duty will be to develop and manage marketing strategies with clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals. Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.

About the Role:

  • Account Management & Client Liaising.
  • Nurturing current and inbound client relationships.
  • Maintaining service retainer and project timelines & workflow.
  • Tracking and invoicing ad-hoc work.
  • Pitching & selling products and services to existing clients.
  • Completing regular client performance reviews.
  • Contracting & invoicing.

About You:

  • Account Management (min 3 years').
  • Digital Agency experience, is an advantage but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing ability.
  • Successful background in sales or marketing.
  • Prioritise workload and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Creative thinker.
