Account Manager

We are partnering with a renowned global medical equipment manufacturer that is expanding its customer-facing team and seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join them.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving their commercial success in the Irish market. Your responsibilities will include enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying new sales opportunities. You'll work closely with the Sales Lead to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies, manage key accounts, and coordinate sales activities.

You'll be the face of their products, building relationships with clients, explaining their offerings, and closing sales. This involves everything from initial presentations and site assessments to post-sale support and customer training. You'll also identify and manage promotional opportunities, collaborate with marketing and medical affairs, and ensure the best possible customer experience.

Your role will be varied and dynamic, involving regular reporting on sales activities, providing training and technical support, and representing the company at relevant events. You'll need strong organisational and project management skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
