We’re working with a leading B2B marketing agency that works in close partnership, driving innovation and growth for a diverse list of clients.
They have gone from strength to strength and work with clients worldwide. Due to their growth, they are looking for an exceptional Account Director, who is looking for something different and truly wants to make a difference in their next role. This isn’t a business where you will be a cog in a large wheel. You’ll be in the driver’s seat.

Overview of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key client decision makers .
  • Direct, retain and grow the accounts to meet annual revenue and margin targets
  • Lead new business chemistry meetings, pitches and proposals.
  • Attend client meetings or conference calls to take new campaign briefs, Support the Account Managers.
  • Work with the team to nurture their performance, skills and personal development. 
  • Inspire, motivate and mentor the team.
  • Ensure the team follows internal processes and procedures. 

About your skills and background:

  • You will be experienced in managing teams within a media agency or similar field.
  • 7+ years' experience in a digital media or marketing role.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferably B2B.
  • Self-motivated and driven; embrace the challenges and be hungry to learn.
  • Disciplined, focused and able to work remotely with regional teams.

Location: Remote

Salary: Depends on Experience
