Account Coordinator - Financial Services

About the Role:

  • Manage the portfolio of Senior Managers by assisting them in all administrative tasks.
  • Organise internal and external meetings and events.
  • Manage client database.
  • Providing confidential financial support services to the Senior leadership team.
  • Be first point of contact and professionally represent and support the Senior leadership team, including: Scheduling, updating changes to diary meetings and appointments.

About You:

  • 3rd level degree preferred though not essential.
  • Experience within a professional services environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent Microsoft office.
  • Strong diary management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion,.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
